These terms apply to anyone visiting this website (www.dcmordike.com). By using the site, you agree to them. If you're a client engaging me for design work, a separate client contract will govern that project - these terms only cover your use of the website itself.

Using this site

This policy applies to anyone who visits my website, contacts me about a project, or works with me as a client.

What information I collect

You're welcome to browse this website and use the contact form to get in touch about a project. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes, and not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any systems behind it;

  • interfere with the site's normal operation (e.g. through malicious code, scraping, or overloading it with requests); or

  • use the contact form to send spam, unlawful content, or anything intended to harass or mislead.

I reserve the right to restrict or block access to the site for anyone who misuses it.

The contact form

This site uses Tally to power its contact form. When you submit an enquiry, your information is handled in line with my privacy policy, which explains what's collected and how it's used.

Ownership of content

Everything on this site - including the design, layout, text, and images - is either my own copyrighted work or work I have the right to display.

Some of the portfolio pieces shown on this site were created for clients as part of paid projects, and ownership of those specific pieces now belongs to those respective clients. I display this work under the terms of my client contracts, which permit me to showcase completed projects in my portfolio and to use them to promote my services.

You may view and share this site for personal, non-commercial purposes (for example, sharing a link to a project you liked). You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use any content from this site - including portfolio work, whether mine or a client's - for commercial purposes without written permission from me and, where relevant, the client who owns that work.
